FREE SHIPPING
The Game Day Drop offers free shipping and will be dispatched from 17th June 2022. The Baller Collection offers free concierge delivery to Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney metro areas only. Postcodes can be viewed here.
DELIVERY
In order to comply with liquor laws an adult over the age of 18 years must be present to accept the delivery and may be required to present appropriate identification. Should you not be home when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave you a notice detailing how you can obtain delivery of your Hennessy packs.
STANDARD DELIVERY
The Hennessy Game Day Drop is pre-order only and will be shipped from 17th June 2022. Standard delivery will apply, we will let you know when your order has been dispatched with tracking information.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped and is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can check on the status of your order.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT GUARANTEE
In the event you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will refund the value of the damaged goods. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or faulty.
RETURNS
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please return for a refund within 10 working days of delivery. The cost for returning faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be reimbursed upon proof of receipt.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
