What is the Game Day Drop?

The Game Day Drop includes a Hennessy V.S NBA Collector Edition Gift Box and Bottle, Oversized Hennessy Sweater and Complimentary Hennessy NBA Basketball.

What does pre-order mean?

The Hennessy Game Day Drops will be shipped from 17th June 2022. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on it’s way.

Will my Hennessy NBA basketball arrive pumped up?

No, you will need to inflate the ball yourself with the standard ball pump supplied. 

What size Hennessy Sweater can I purchase?

The oversized Hennessy Sweater will be available to purchase in medium, large and extra-large. Sizing guide and washing instructions can be found here.

What is the Baller Collection?

Limited to just 50 editions, the baller collection comes hand-delivered and includes a bottle of Hennessy X.O, 6 x Hennessy X.O glasses and a complimentary Hennessy x NBA basketball and NBA League Pass. Your league pass will be emailed to you on purchase. 

What does pre-order mean?

The Hennessy Baller Collection will be delivered from 17th June 2022. You will receive a confirmation email once your delivery date has been confirmed by our concierge. We will be sending out a text service for the concierge deliveries 24-48 hours prior to delivery. 

What is the Baller Collection Concierge?

Our Hennessy Concierge will hand deliver your baller collection to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metro areas as a limited offer. Simply pre-order the package and enter you shipping details.

Can I choose my delivery date and time? Is the timeframe flexible? 

Our Concierge has many Baller Collections to deliver on the day, therefore the delivery times will be allocated to you.  We will however do our best to accommodate any changes, but we do ask if recipients can be available during the potential delivery hours. The confirmation text will include details of who to contact should your allocated delivery time need to be altered. As your collection contains alcohol, it can’t be left unattended, and ID will be checked.  

How old do I need to be to purchase / receive these packages?

Purchasers and recipients must be a minimum of 18 years of age in compliance with Australian law.  

I do not live in one of the delivery postcodes, can I still get a Baller Collection 

Unfortunately, our Concierge has limited delivery times, but you can purchase the Game Day Drop for national delivery.

I do not have a physical home or work address; can I order the Game Day Drop or Baller Collection?  

Unfortunately, our Concierge’s and courier require a physical home or work address to deliver the Hennessy limited edition packs. Purchasers must provide a physical address and not a PO Box or Parcel Locker.
